Description

8 level office and commercial building with basement storeys in reinforced concrete. Upper levels as reinforced concrete frame structure with flat slabs (no ribs), elevator shaft and straircase as stiffening cores for the building. Steel trusses for the roof structure, waterproof concrete basement, tension piles to secure the basement area without built-up against hydostatic uplift.
